Charles McDaniel

Professor, Baylor University Honor's College

Charles McDaniel, PhD, is interim director and an associate professor in the Interdisciplinary Core Program of Baylor University’s Honors College, where he teaches courses in American studies, social philosophy, and economic ethics. He is also the Book Review Editor for the Journal of Church and State. McDaniel has numerous publications in books and scholarly journals on subjects ranging from the Protestant Reformation to financial ethics. In 2015 Routledge published his second book, Civil Society and the Reform of Finance: Taming Capital, Reclaiming Virtue, in its Critical Studies in Finance and Stability Series.
